请您自行前往新疆维吾尔自治区首府乌鲁木齐市，抵达乌鲁木齐，当地的工作人员会根据您的航班时间或火车抵达时间，安排拼车或专车接站服务，将您接至当日下榻的酒店前台办理入住手续，当日无导游服务。
乌鲁木齐是亚洲的地理中心。俗话说“没见过新疆之大不知中国之大，没见过新疆之美不知中国之美”。新疆是举世闻名的瓜果歌舞之乡、珍宝玉石之邦，广博的占地面积有中国的六分之一。稍事休息后，您可自行前往乌鲁木齐市区观光。当日用餐敬请自理。
Please make your own way to Urumqi, the capital city of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Once you arrive in Urumqi, the local staff will arrange shared car or dedicated car pick-up services according to your flight or train arrival time and take you to the front desk of the hotel where you will stay that day for check-in procedures. There will be no tour guide service on that day.
Urumqi is the geographical center of Asia. Guide Service: Local Chinese-speaking tour guides or team leader services; for groups of less than 10 people, the driver will also serve as the guide.
Insurance: It includes travel agency liability insurance and travel accident insurance.
Shopping: This itinerary is a pure sightseeing route, and there will be no visits to shopping stores throughout the journey, except when guests strongly request it and sign for proof. 注意事项
1、该团为散客拼团。由游新疆散客服务中心统一接待安排。出门请带好身份证等各种证件，以备途中核查及酒店确认身份。
2、因人力不可抗力因素（自然灾害、交通状况、政府行为等）造成行程的费用增加由客人自理，未产生的费用本公司将不退还。我社可以作出行程调整，尽力确保行程的顺利进行。实在导致无法按照约定的计划执行的，因变更而超出的费用由旅游者承担。
3、旅游活动和自由活动期间，旅客须注意自身及随行未成年人的安全，如登观鱼台、乘游船、漂流、骑马等项目需根据自身健康情况量力而行；旅途中如因自身疾病带来的伤害，由游客自行承担责任。
4、旅游者因个人原因临时自愿放弃游览、住宿等，费用按旅行社协议价格退款。
5、自费项目导游将根据实际情况向游客推荐，游客自愿自主，如车上不够一半人数参加将取消该项目。自费不参加人员，请下车后在导游安排的指定区域自由活动（安全的需要），等候时间为参与者的游览时间。
6、全程不提供自然单间，若出现单男单女由游客补足房差或由导游临时调配三人间，参团时发生单房差的游客，请按规定补足单房差。
7、持老年证、记者证等按规定获（免或优惠）票价的游客，进入景区购买门票之前告之导游办理。进入或离开景区后，无法再办（免或优惠）票价！
8、在旅游旺季或者其他一些特殊情况下，为了保证行程游览不受影响，行程的出发时间可能会提早，导致不能正常享用酒店早餐。导游会与客人沟通建议跟酒店协调打包早餐或者自备早餐。
9、行程中的车程时间为不堵车情况下的参考时间,不包含景点的游览时间；在景点不减少的情况下，依照客人意见我社有权调整游览的先后顺序，投诉以当地接待社旅游意见单为准，请各位游客如实填写，若虚假填写、不填写默认为无接待问题，回程后再行投诉，我社将不予受理。如对我社接待不满意的请在第一时间与我社联系，以便我社协调处理。
10、应新疆旅游局规定，在新疆旅途中，新疆执法人员会上车检查客人是否签订旅游合同，以及是否有行程及是否在出发地出团前签订自费协议。请大家收客时一定要跟客人签订旅游合同并告知客人这个团型是有推荐自费的但不强迫消费。如因收客方未签订旅游合同，未告知自费情况产生的违法行为，造成的处罚，由收客方旅行社自行承担责任 。
11、游客不购买旅游意外伤害保险。
1. This tour group is a FIT (Free Independent Traveler) group formed by combining individual travelers. It will be uniformly received and arranged by the Xinjiang FIT Service Center. Please bring your ID card and other various certificates when you go out, so as to be prepared for verification during the journey and identity confirmation at hotels.
2. In case of increased costs in the itinerary caused by force majeure factors (natural disasters, traffic conditions, government actions, etc.), the guests shall bear such costs by themselves. The company will not refund the costs that have not been incurred. Our travel agency can make adjustments to the itinerary and try its best to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary. If it really leads to the inability to implement the agreed plan, the extra costs arising from the changes shall be borne by the tourists.
3. During tourist activities and free activities, tourists must pay attention to the safety of themselves and the accompanying minors. For projects such as climbing the Fish Watching Platform, taking a cruise ship, rafting, and horse riding, they should act according to their own health conditions. If any injuries are caused by their own diseases during the journey, the tourists shall bear the responsibilities by themselves.
4. If tourists voluntarily give up sightseeing, accommodation, etc. temporarily for personal reasons, the fees will be refunded according to the agreement price of the travel agency.
5. The tour guide will recommend optional items to tourists according to the actual situation, and it is up to the tourists to decide voluntarily. If less than half of the people on the bus participate in an item, the item will be cancelled. For those who do not participate in the optional items, please get off the bus and have free activities in the designated area arranged by the tour guide (for safety reasons). The waiting time will be the sightseeing time of the participants.
6. Natural single rooms are not provided throughout the journey. In case of single men or single women, the tourists shall pay the single room supplement or the tour guide will temporarily arrange triple rooms. Tourists who have a single room supplement when joining the group are requested to pay the single room supplement as required.
7. Tourists who are eligible for (free or discounted) tickets according to regulations with senior citizen cards, press cards, etc. should inform the tour guide to handle it before purchasing tickets at the scenic area. After entering or leaving the scenic area, it will be impossible to handle (free or discounted) tickets again!
8. During the peak tourist season or in some other special circumstances, in order to ensure that the sightseeing in the itinerary will not be affected, the departure time of the itinerary may be advanced, resulting in the inability to enjoy the hotel breakfast normally. The tour guide will communicate with the guests and suggest coordinating with the hotel to pack breakfast or bring your own breakfast.
9. The driving time in the itinerary is the reference time under the condition of no traffic jam and does not include the sightseeing time of scenic spots. Complaints shall be based on the travel opinion form of the local receiving travel agency. Please fill it out truthfully by all tourists. If it is filled out falsely or not filled out, it will be deemed that there is no reception problem. If complaints are made after returning, our travel agency will not accept them. If you are dissatisfied with the reception of our travel agency, please contact our travel agency at the first time so that we can coordinate and handle it.
10. According to the regulations of the Xinjiang Tourism Bureau, during the journey in Xinjiang, Xinjiang law enforcement officers will board the bus to check whether the guests have signed the tourism contract, whether there is an itinerary, and whether the self-funded agreement has been signed before departure at the place of departure. Please be sure to sign the tourism contract with the guests when receiving them and inform the guests that this tour group type has recommended self-funded items but there is no compulsory consumption. If the receiving party fails to sign the tourism contract and fails to inform about the self-funded situation, resulting in illegal acts and penalties, the receiving travel agency shall bear the responsibilities by itself.
