请您自行前往新疆维吾尔自治区首府乌鲁木齐市，抵达乌鲁木齐（火车站15KM，行驶时间约30分钟，或飞机场25KM，行驶时间约45分钟），当地的工作人员会根据您的航班时间或火车抵达时间，安排拼车或专车接站服务，将您接至当日下榻的酒店前台办理入住手续，当日无导游服务。
Please go to Urumqi, the capital city of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on your own. Upon arriving in Urumqi (it's 15 kilometers from the railway station, with a driving time of about 30 minutes, or 25 kilometers from the airport, with a driving time of about 45 minutes), the local staff will arrange shared rides or dedicated vehicles for pick-up services according to your flight time or train arrival time, and take you to the front desk of the hotel where you will stay that day to check in. There will be no tour guide service on that day.

用餐：全程含8早9正 (注：酒店含早餐不吃不退，大多为新疆风味特色餐，团餐为10人一桌，八菜一汤)。酒店不含床没有早餐，敬请自理！
交通：根据人数安排旅游车辆（每人一正座，10%空座率）交通不含：行程内的小交通；自由活动期间不含车及导游。
游览：包含行程中所列首道门票和首道区间车费五彩滩（赠送）、喀纳斯、禾木、魔鬼城（赠送）、赛里木湖、那拉提、巴音布鲁克。
导服：当地国语导游或领队服务；10人以下司机兼向导。

Accommodation: The hotels throughout the journey shall be subject to the hotel names noted for reference in the itinerary (a total of 8 nights, with private bathrooms. Meals: 8 breakfasts and 9 lunches or dinners are included in the whole journey (Note: Breakfasts provided by hotels will not be refunded if not consumed. Rooms without beds do not include breakfast, which should be taken care of by guests themselves.
Transportation: Tourist vehicles will be arranged according to the number of people (one regular seat for each person, with an empty seat rate of 10%). Transportation not included: Small transportation within the itinerary; Vehicles and tour guides are not provided during free time.
Sightseeing: The first entrance tickets and the first section vehicle fares for the scenic spots listed in the itinerary are included, such as Colorful Beach (complimentary), Kanas, Hemu, Ghost City (complimentary), Sayram Lake, Nalati, Bayanbulak.
Guide Service: Local Mandarin-speaking tour guides or team leaders will provide services; For groups with less than 10 people, the driver will also serve as the guide.
Insurance: Travel agency liability insurance and travel accident insurance are included.
Shopping: This itinerary is a pure sightseeing route, and there will be no visits to shopping stores throughout the journey, except when guests strongly request and sign for proof. (Some scenic areas or hotels have shopping places, which are their own commercial behaviors and have nothing to do with the travel agency).

注意事项
1、该团为散客拼团。由游新疆散客服务中心统一接待安排。出门请带好身份证等各种证件，以备途中核查及酒店确认身份。
2、因人力不可抗力因素（自然灾害、交通状况、政府行为等）造成行程的费用增加由客人自理，未产生的费用本公司将不退还。我社可以作出行程调整，尽力确保行程的顺利进行。实在导致无法按照约定的计划执行的，因变更而超出的费用由旅游者承担。
3、旅游活动和自由活动期间，旅客须注意自身及随行未成年人的安全，如登观鱼台、乘游船、漂流、骑马等项目需根据自身健康情况量力而行；旅途中如因自身疾病带来的伤害，由游客自行承担责任。
4、旅游者因个人原因临时自愿放弃游览、住宿等，费用按旅行社协议价格退款。
5、自费项目导游将根据实际情况向游客推荐，游客自愿自主，如车上不够一半人数参加将取消该项目。自费不参加人员，请下车后在导游安排的指定区域自由活动（安全的需要），等候时间为参与者的游览时间。
6、全程不提供自然单间，若出现单男单女由游客补足房差或由导游临时调配三人间，参团时发生单房差的游客，请按规定补足单房差。
7、持老年证、记者证等按规定获（免或优惠）票价的游客，进入景区购买门票之前告之导游办理。进入或离开景区后，无法再办（免或优惠）票价！
8、在旅游旺季或者其他一些特殊情况下，为了保证行程游览不受影响，行程的出发时间可能会提早，导致不能正常享用酒店早餐。导游会与客人沟通建议跟酒店协调打包早餐或者自备早餐。
9、行程中的车程时间为不堵车情况下的参考时间,不包含景点的游览时间；在景点不减少的情况下，依照客人意见我社有权调整游览的先后顺序，投诉以当地接待社旅游意见单为准，请各位游客如实填写，若虚假填写、不填写默认为无接待问题，回程后再行投诉，我社将不予受理。如对我社接待不满意的请在第一时间与我社联系，以便我社协调处理。
10、应新疆旅游局规定，在新疆旅途中，新疆执法人员会上车检查客人是否签订旅游合同，以及是否有行程及是否在出发地出团前签订自费协议。请大家收客时一定要跟客人签订旅游合同并告知客人这个团型是有推荐自费的但不强迫消费。如因收客方未签订旅游合同，未告知自费情况产生的违法行为，造成的处罚，由收客方旅行社自行承担责任 。
11、游客不购买旅游意外伤害保险。
1. This group is a FIT group tour. It will be uniformly received and arranged by the FIT Service Center of Travel in Xinjiang. Please take your ID cards and other certificates when you go out for verification during the journey and identity confirmation at hotels.
2. In case of any increase in the cost of the itinerary caused by force majeure factors (natural disasters, traffic conditions, government actions, etc.), the guests shall bear the costs by themselves. The company will not refund the costs that have not been incurred. Our travel agency can adjust the itinerary and try its best to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary. If it is really impossible to implement the agreed plan, the tourists shall bear the extra costs caused by the changes.
3. During tourist activities and free time, tourists must pay attention to the safety of themselves and the accompanying minors. For projects such as climbing the Fish Watching Platform, taking cruise ships, rafting, horse riding, etc., they should act according to their own health conditions. If any injury is caused by their own diseases during the journey, the tourists shall bear the responsibility by themselves.
4. If tourists voluntarily give up sightseeing, accommodation, etc. temporarily due to personal reasons, the fees will be refunded according to the agreement price of the travel agency.
5. The tour guide will recommend optional items to tourists according to the actual situation, and tourists can make decisions voluntarily. If less than half of the people on the bus participate in an item, the item will be cancelled. For those who do not participate in optional items, please get off the bus and have free activities in the designated area arranged by the tour guide (for safety reasons). The waiting time is the sightseeing time of the participants.
6. Natural single rooms are not provided throughout the journey. If there are single men or single women, the tourists shall make up the single room supplement or the tour guide will temporarily arrange triple rooms. Tourists with single room supplements when joining the group are requested to make up the single room supplements as required.
7. Tourists who can get (free or discounted) tickets according to regulations with senior citizen cards, press cards, etc. should inform the tour guide to handle it before buying tickets at the scenic spots. After entering or leaving the scenic spots, it will be impossible to handle (free or discounted) tickets again!
8. During the peak tourist season or in some other special circumstances, in order to ensure that the sightseeing of the itinerary is not affected, the departure time of the itinerary may be advanced, resulting in the inability to normally enjoy the hotel breakfast. The tour guide will communicate with the guests and suggest coordinating with the hotel to pack breakfast or bring breakfast by themselves.
9. The driving time in the itinerary is the reference time under the condition of no traffic jam and does not include the sightseeing time of scenic spots. Without reducing the scenic spots, our travel agency has the right to adjust the order of sightseeing according to the opinions of the guests. Complaints shall be based on the travel opinion form of the local receiving travel agency. Please fill it out truthfully. If it is filled out falsely or not filled out, it will be deemed that there is no reception problem. If complaints are made after returning, our travel agency will not accept them. If you are dissatisfied with the reception of our travel agency, please contact our travel agency at the first time so that we can coordinate and handle it.
10. According to the regulations of the Xinjiang Tourism Bureau, during the journey in Xinjiang, Xinjiang law enforcement officers will get on the bus to check whether the tourists have signed the travel contract, whether there is an itinerary and whether the optional agreement has been signed before departure at the place of departure. Please be sure to sign the travel contract with the guests when receiving guests and inform the guests that this group tour has recommended optional items but no forced consumption. If the receiving party fails to sign the travel contract and fails to inform the situation of optional items, resulting in illegal acts and penalties, the receiving travel agency shall bear the responsibility by itself.
